Hourly Rates and Payment Terms

  • All reservations require a two (2) hour minimum rental time frame.

  • Your reservation begins at the time you are picked up and ends at your final drop off location.

  • The following rates listed are based on a quoted two (2) hour minimum rental time frame for the limousine

Reservation Policies

  • No alcohol is to be consumed by persons under 21 years of age in any of our vehicles. Violation may result in early termination.

  • No SMOKING inside limousine. $500 charge per incident. No exceptions.

  • A $200 clean-up fee may be charged for excessive debris in limousine

  • If there is VOMITING in the limousine, a $500.00 fine will be charged in the event.

  • We are not responsible for any items left behind in our vehicle. While every effort will be made to locate and return articles that are left behind, neither Furnell Investments, Inc. nor its representatives are responsible for any items left in the vehicle.

  • We reserve the right to limit and/or prohibit decorations on the outside or inside of the limousine.

  • The chauffer has the right to terminate the contract in the event of lewd and/or unlawful behavior.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellations

  • Deposits will not be refunded due to client cancellations.

  • If you must cancel, and have paid in full, we can reschedule as long as the date and time you request is available.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel the contract for reasons including, but not limited to, weather and mechanical delays, lewd and/or unlawful behavior.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Weather & Mechanical Delays

  • The vehicle will not be driven in the event of inclement weather which includes, but isn’t limited to: ice, snow, and other acts of God. If the company determines the weather is causing unsafe conditions for the limousine driver and/or passengers, the company will either reschedule the date and time in accordance with the client or will refund the deposit and any fees paid.

  • In the unlikely event we are unable to provide the limousine due to a mechanical issue including, but not limited to, breakdowns, vehicular accidents, or any other reason that prohibits the operation of the vehicle, the company will reschedule the date and time in accordance with the client or will refund the deposit and any fees paid.

  • In the event of client-caused delay such as, but not limited to, wrong directions and timing or in the unlikely event of uncontrollable conditions such as, but not limited to, traffic conditions, the company will not be held responsible for any lost time accounted for during the client’s reservation and no refund will be given.

What to Expect

Our Chauffeur will pick you up and greet you wearing a professional suit and tie as well as a traditional driver’s cap. Our driver is committed to providing exceptional service for your special occasion and will maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Our limousine features climate-control, a CD player and radio, sunroof and automatic privacy window between the driver and passenger areas.

Your rental time begins at the time you are picked up and ends when you are returned. All pick up and return locations are restricted to Pettis County only.

A photographer may ride in the front seat of the car next to the driver. Because of space limitations, we reserve the right to limit the equipment being transported.

We require a two (2) hour minimum rental time frame, a non refundable security deposit and full payment in advance. Additional time and monies accrued may be paid on the day and/or night of service.

Our most requested rental days are Valentine’s Day and Valentine’s Day Weekend, New Year’s Eve, Mother’s Day and Weekends (i.e. Friday and Saturday’s).

Our limousine is not available for rent on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Alcohol consumption is permitted inside the limousine for passengers 21 years old and older. No alcohol is to be consumed by persons under the age of 21 years old.

NO smoking inside the limousine. A $500.00 charge will be assessed per incident.

We reserve the right to limit and/or prohibit decorations on the outside or inside of the limousine.
